From Expecting to the Unexpected

This free group is an inclusive 8 week education and support program for parents in the perinatal period – pregnancy to age one. Group takes a modified GPS model.

This group seeks to serve parents across a spectrum of needs. The group will take an inclusive and culturally responsive lens - supporting BIPOC and the LGBT+ community. This group will be appropriate to support parents with pre-existing struggles with mental health and who are currently in SUDs recovery. This is not a therapy group but focus on education and peer support.

Group discussions will include the myths, realities, normalize the complexities of the parenting experience and emotional impacts of each topic.
